2022 brings the task of revising Tyrone Township\u2019s Master Plan alongside our Township leaders. We aim to be a supportive entity as our Planning Commission leads the community through this important prcess of reflection, design and development. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Our focus must shift from expressing what we don\u2019t want to carefully considering what we do want, and the means to that end. Our Zoning Ordinances are the lawful components of our local government that should align and support our Master Plan. In tandem, these are the forces that shape the future of our Township and protect it from both unnecessary litigation and undesireable development. <\/p>\n

The Master Plan for a community is a cornerstone policy document that articulates the vision of the people<\/em><\/strong> who live there. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
